Steps to home buying

Beginning your home search can be an overwhelming and daunting task. Find "The One". Work with us to write and submit a strong competitive offer.

We will work with you to negotiate your offer and potentially prepare a counteroffer.

Once your offer has been accepted, we will initiate the formal loan process with your mortgage lender and deliver the earnest money to the sellers attorney for you.

Once your offer is accepted

Conduct all inspections and any additional research during the Due Diligence period.

Work with us to request any needed repairs.

Work with your mortgage lender to complete the loan application process and order the appraisal.

Finalize utility transfers, order homeowners insurance, process change of address request and coordinate moving details.

Closing Day! We will work with everyone involved to ensure your closing day runs smoothly. Before the close to do a final walk through your new home before theading over to the attorney's office.
